1. Sugar Cane Captures C02 from the atmosphere
2. Sugar cane is crushed mechanically
3. Extracted bi-product is fermented to create ethanol
4. Under heat and pressure, water is removed from the ethanol to create an ethylene gas
5. Ethylene gas is transformed into small polyethylene beads
6. We add Heatblock technology to the beads to keep the product cool and green
7. Yarn is extruded in our Melbourne based factory
